Vaccination Route Between Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia to starts on 15 March

MALAYSIA: Vaccinated Travel Lanes for Flight Passengers who have already been vaccinated for Covid-19, between Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia are scheduled to take effect on 15 March in a joint effort to reopen international ports.

Malaysian Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong says travelers using this vaccine route will not be required to be isolated or do quarantine when they reach their destination.

"These roads are expected to help our mutual economic recovery from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in rehabilitating the affected tourism industry," he said.

Other ASEAN governments are also seeking to accommodate VTL routes, where travelers from individual countries will not be required to be quarantine. However, pre-flight PCR testing and full immunization will be required for passengers.
