ASEAN region has reported a total of 20,551,409 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 01 March 2022 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 20,551,409 Covid-19 cases, this includes 324,823 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 5,564,448 people (148,335deaths)
- Philippines: 3,661,997 people (56,451 deaths)
- Malaysia: 3,442,736 people (32,749 deaths)
- Vietnam: 3,321,005 people (40,144 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,912,347 people (22,979 deaths)
- Singapore: 724,424 people (1,019 deaths)
- Myanmar: 587,891 people (19,368 deaths)
- Laos: 142,743 people (621 deaths)
- Cambodia: 130,276 people (3,032 deaths)
- Brunei: 63,542 people (125 deaths)
