ASEAN region has reported a total of 20,462,065 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 28 February 2022 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 20,462,065 Covid-19 cases, this includes 324,374 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 5,539,394 people (148,073 deaths)
- Philippines: 3,661,049 people (56,401 deaths)
- Malaysia: 3,419,636 people (32,674 deaths)
- Vietnam: 3,321,005 people (40,144 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,891,927 people (22,936 deaths)
- Singapore: 710,880 people (1,007 deaths)
- Myanmar: 586,198 people (19,365 deaths)
- Laos: 142,609 people (621 deaths)
- Cambodia: 129,920 people (3,032 deaths)
- Brunei: 59,447 people (121 deaths)
