BREAKING NEWS: Phnom Penh Capital Tell NagaWorld’s Protester to Stop Demonstrate

PHNOM PENH: The Phnom Penh Anti Covid-19 Commission on February 4 told former NagaWorld employees to cooperate with the authorities in taking Covid-19 sample after the doctors took samples at their protest site but the protesters are refused to cooperate.

In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 Omicron Variant and other type into the community on a large scale through this demonstration rally, the Phnom Penh administration has asked the protesters to stop immediately demonstrations, continue and followed health measures to ensure that no more Covid-19 virus is transmitted to protesters and their families.

Phnom Penh Capital Hall stated, "If the protesters continue to gather, which causes the spread of Covid-19 into the community, the perpetrators will be punished. According to the law on measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and other serious and dangerous infectious diseases, including fines and imprisonment without exception."

Phnom Penh's Covid-19 Disease Control Committee believe the cooperation of the former NagaWorld employees for their personal and family life, as well as to ensure that they live in a new normal way, so that Phnom Penh does not experience tragedy like the Community infection 20 February 2021 again.
