Phnom Penh Capital Administration decided to end the curfew and allow special policies for some businesses in the "Yellow Zoon" of Phnom Penh from zero on May 22, 2021.

Cambodia : Phnom Penh Capital Administration decided to end the curfew and the alcohol ban in “Yellow Zones” across the capital beginning today May 22 .

Phnom Penh authority lifted the restrictions in the "Yellow Zones", where all traffic and business activities had been previously banned between 8pm to 3am.

All markets, restaurants, cafes, food stalls are allowed to open and alcoholic beverages can be sold, the statement reads.

Beer gardens, Casinos, Massage parlours, Fitness clubs, Karaoke bars, night clubs, museums, Bars and Pubs will have to remain closed.

Phnom Penh Governor Mr. Khuong Sreng said that businesses and public areas will still have to observe strict COVID-19 precautionary measures, including social distancing and wearing face masks. Temperature checking station, QR codes and hand sanitisers will also be used in specific areas.
