PHNOM PENH: In the new academic year, Prime Minister Hun Sen has decided to provide 150 scholarships to outstanding students to study for a Bachelor's degree in digital technology through the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. This scholarship program is called the "TECHO DIGITAL TALENT SCHOLARSHIP" and was established in 2021 to train and encourage outstanding individuals to become leaders in the development of digital technology in the future.

In the 2020-2021 academic year, the “TECHO DIGITAL TALENT SCHOLARSHIP” program provided scholarships to 100 outstanding students, selected out of a pool of 2,938 students who applied for the scholarship.
