ASEAN region has reported a total of 15,524,794 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 14 January 2022 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 15,524,794 Covid-19 cases, this includes 309,433 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,268,890 people (144,155 deaths)
- Philippines: 3,092,409 people (52,736 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,798,917 people (31,750 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,308,615 people (21,901 deaths)
- Vietnam: 1,975,444 people (35,170 deaths)
- Myanmar: 532,725 people (19,298 deaths)
- Singapore: 289,085 people (839 deaths)
- Laos: 122,241 people (471 deaths)
- Cambodia: 120,718 people (3,015 deaths)
- Brunei: 15,750 people (98 deaths)
