The Ministry of Public Works and Transport Examining Feasibility of Developing App Called PR Care

PHNOM PENH: The Minister of Public Works and Transport, Senior Minister Sun Chanthol, chaired a meeting to discuss the App Development Project, monitoring and managing information on the history of construction project implementation, and evaluation of project implementation methods, on Wednesday, with the participation of relevant Ministry leaders, the Ministry's information technology team and professional officials from units under the Ministry.

The Senior Minister instructed the Ministry of Information Technology Working Group to review, edit and cooperate closely with stakeholders so that the process of developing this program can be successful as planned and can be launched to facilitate the work of monitoring and managing the construction and repair of road maintenance with high efficiency.

In addition, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport is examining the feasibility of developing an app called ‘PR Care’ to monitor and manage information on the history of construction projects, evaluate the means of implementation of projects at the site – evaluating means such as human resources and equipment – and with unit monitors and a monthly progress report from the beginning of construction to the day of inauguration.
