Battambang: On Tuesday, at the Wat Leap Water Treatment Plant in Battambang City, the Director of Battambang Provincial Water Supply Authority Uth Kling has stated that Japanese technology for managing and producing water is advanced with quality.

 Such water technology ensures good services that Cambodians are satisfied to use. In this case, the director has requested Japan to help train human resources on water production techniques.

Uth Kling has also stressed that Japanese technology for water services has provided to Cambodians a series of benefits, providing 85% of the clean water used by citizens in Battambang province.

In addition, the President of the Provincial Water Supply Authority requested Japanese experts to help train human resources by providing opportunities for Water Supply Authority officials to study water production techniques in Japan to be implemented in the province. He hopes that Japan will continue to share technology in data management, online numerical management, GIS network management and water loss management skills in the service areas used.
