Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, on Wednesday morning, the PM has urged car owners who have not yet paid their taxes to come and pay their taxes. If they settle it on or by 31 December, tax payers will get 10% discount, while right-hand drive cars are not allowed to run on the road.
