ASEAN region has reported a total of 14,421,331 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 14 December 2021 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 14,421,331 Covid-19 cases, this includes 297,830 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,259,249 people (143,948 deaths)
- Philippines: 2,836,803 people (50,341 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,695,143 people (30,908 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,174,906 people (21,229 deaths)
- Vietnam: 1,428,428 people (28,081 deaths)
- Myanmar: 526,911 people (19,188 deaths)
- Singapore: 273,701 people (798 deaths)
- Cambodia: 120,370 people (2,989 deaths)
- Laos: 90,458 people (250 deaths)
- Brunei: 15,362 people (98 deaths)
