PHNOM PENH: Phnom Penh Capital Administration has announced to avoid all kinds of traffic during the inauguration of the Morodok Techno National Stadium on Saturday. According to the announcement, all types of vehicles cannot cross the section of Win-Win Boulevard, that is from the base of Prek Pnov Bridge to National Road 6A from 5:00 am until the end of the program.
