ASEAN region has reported a total of 14,235,634 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 07 December 2021 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 14,235,634 Covid-19 cases, this includes 294,654 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,257,815 people (143,876 deaths)
- Philippines: 2,835,154 people (49,499 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,663,034 people (30,652 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,145,241 people (20,964 deaths)
- Vietnam: 1,323,683 people (26,483 deaths)
- Myanmar: 524,638 people (19,146 deaths)
- Singapore: 269,873 people (763 deaths)
- Cambodia: 120,272 people (2,963 deaths)
- Laos: 80,722 people (210 deaths)
- Brunei: 15,202 people (98 deaths)
