Tomorrow Cambodia Will Deliver Half Million Doses of Vaccine to Laos

PHNOM PENH: Following the schedule, Minister of Health and High Representative of Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Mam Bun Heng, will deliver 500,000 doses of vaccine and three vaccine trucks handed over to the government and people of Laos.

During the bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of Laos on 29 November, Prime Minister Hun Sen announced the Royal Government will provide 500,000 doses of Sinovac vaccine and 3 vaccination vehicles to the Republic of Lao People's Democratic Republic. At the same time, the Royal Government of Cambodia has provided $13 million, $3 million of it coming from the Royal Government of Cambodia and $10 million from philanthropists to the Government of Laos, in order to prevent and contain the spread of Covid-19 in the neighboring country.
