Cambodia Reopens Kindergartens, Childcare Services for Children from Age Five and Up

Breaking News: The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports has finally reopened kindergartens and childcare services for children from five years old nationwide. The announcement is for both public and private institutions in the kingdom effective immediately.

The announcement says, “After most primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, both public and private, reopened smoothly and without significant incidents related to the health of educators and students and the spread of Covid-19 disease in the study institutions and get high permission from Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Ministry decided to reopen kindergartens and child care services for children from 5 years old public and private from the date of this notice.”

The Ministry has reminded the general public to cooperate with the safety precautionary measures set by the Royal Government, Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.
