Labour Minister Reminds Cambodians the Value of 2nd December Solidarity Front

Minister of Labour and Vocational Training Ith Sam Heng has reminded the public how important the 2nd December Front. He says that it did not only save the lives of the people from the Khmer Rouge regime but also helped to rebuild and develop the motherland of Cambodia to continuously achieve peace, national unity and development like today.

Ith Samheng who is also the, Chairman of the United Front for the Development of the Motherland of Cambodia was speaking at the 43rd anniversary commemoration of the Front on Wednesday held virtually. He has added that the 2nd December Front of the Federation of Cambodian Independent Trade Unions, formerly known as the “Cambodian National Rescue Workers Union” was established on 2 December 1978, together with the United Front for the National Salvation of Cambodia.
