Phnom Penh Extends Booster Vaccination

PHNOM PENH: Phnom Penh Administration has assured that the booster dose in the capital will be available until further notice. The capital has issued a directive last Friday that it has decided to extend, ensuring majority of the population will complete the three doses. The booster shots are being inoculated in Phnom Penh’s 14 districts.

The capital’s booster vaccination is being spread in 15 locations. The administration has decided to extend the third dose inoculation. This was following the observation that many have not yet gotten their third dose. It says that some are having health issues, undergoing quarantine or have personal businesses that impeded them to get their booster shots.

For this reason, Phnom Penh capital administration on behalf of the Subcommittee on Covid-19 vaccination has released a directive for the extension. It says that it will continue in the capital until further notice. The administration has reminded people to continue adhering to the “3 do’s and 3 don’ts" when getting their booster dose while making sure that they get it as soon as possible.
