As the ASEAN-UN Comprehensive reaches 10th year, the two officials have discussed on acceleration the cooperation in various areas. Those areas identified in the ASEAN Comprehensive Recovery Framework. They have also shared the same view on encouraging close cooperation between the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy and the ASEAN chair’s Special Envoy on Myanmar.
