Traffic Detour Near the Construction Site of the Santhor Mok Flyover

PHNOM PENH: The Phnom Penh Capital Administration has issued a notification on Thursday concerning the diversion of traffic at the construction site of the Santhor Mok flyover in Tuol Kork district, to install the steel frame of the bridge.

In order to carry out this work efficiently as planned, roads will be temporarily closed near the construction site for three nights, starting on the 29 and 31 of October and 2 November, from 6pm to 7am. People who own cars and driving other vehicles that pass through the area are advised to make a detour.

On 29 October, the traffic on the north side of Kampuchea Krom Road will be closed to Street 253, Street 233 and Mao Tse Toung Blvd. from ABA Bank to Street 122.

While on Sunday, 31 October, the traffic on the south side of Kampuchea Krom Road will be closed to Street 253, Street 233 and Mao Tse Toung Blvd. from Santhor Mok Primary School to Street 134.

And on 2 November, the traffic on Kampuchea Krom Road will be closed from Santhor Mok Primary School to Street 253 and Kampuchea Krom Road from ABA Bank to Street 233.

For residents living near the construction site, the team will facilitate transit. After this period, the site will be open to normal traffic.
