ASEAN region has reported a total of 13,094,480 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 28 October 2021 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 13,094,480 Covid-19 cases, this includes 277,034 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,241,809 people (143,299 deaths)
- Philippines: 2,768,849 people (42,348 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,448,372 people (28,674 deaths)
- Thailand: 1,884,973 people (19,006 deaths)
- Vietnam: 900,585 people (21,856 deaths)
- Myanmar: 496,901 people (18,603 deaths)
- Singapore: 184,419 people (349 deaths)
- Cambodia: 118,111 people (2,758 deaths)
- Laos: 37,751 people (59 deaths)
- Brunei: 12,710 people (82 deaths)
