Pailin Province Also Affected by Heavy Rains

Pailin: A report from local authorities in Pailin Province states that continuous rain during Tuesday night has raised the level of the Boryakha River, prompting flooding of several homes in the lowlands of Stung Trang commune of Sala Krao district.

The heavy weather flooded 10 houses in all, as well as some rural roads in Phteah Sbov village, as well as the entrance to Wat Phteah Sbov and Wat Baysey. However, the floods did not affect people's crops or livestock, as the floods were short-lived local authorities were ready to help the affected residents.
