Chinese President Xi Jinping Concludes Successful State Visit to Cambodia

Phnom Penh, Cambodia – April 18, 2025- Chinese President Xi Jinping departed from Phnom Penh International Airport at 11:17 a.m. on April 18, 2025, following a successful two-day state visit to Cambodia. 

Upon his arrival at the airport, President Xi was personally welcomed by Cambodian Senate President Samdech Techo Hun Sen, marking the conclusion of a visit that aimed to strengthen the diplomatic ties between the two nations.

During his time in Cambodia, President Xi engaged in high-level discussions with key Cambodian leaders, addressing various sectors such as political cooperation, economic development, and cultural exchange. The visit underscored the enduring friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership between Cambodia and China.

Following his departure from Cambodia, President Xi boarded a special plane bound for Beijing, China, where he is expected to continue his agenda of international diplomacy.
