The company was commended for adhering strictly to labor laws and implementing high labor standards, including providing benefits above the minimum wage of $204. These benefits include regular work bonuses, travel allowances, seniority bonuses, overtime, and 18 days of annual leave. The factory also offers unique family-friendly facilities such as a breast milk storage room and a partnered nursery near the site, with costs covered by the employer. Workers also enjoy access to two canteens, a hospital, and dormitories, all sponsored by the employer.

MINEBEA (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. is a key player in the manufacturing of machinery components and electronic assemblies, exporting to multiple countries including Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, the United States, Germany, and France.
