PM Hun Manet Receives Chinese Ambassador

Phnom Penh, 20 July 2024 – On the morning of Monday, July 22, 2024, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, Hun Manet, paid a courtesy call on Wang Wenbin, the Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia.

Wang Wenbin, a former senior spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been nicknamed the "Wolf Warrior." He has been appointed by the Chinese government as the new Ambassador to Cambodia.

Ambassador Wang Wenbin arrived in Cambodia on the night of July 5, 2024. He is committed to further enhancing Cambodia-China relations and cooperation.

With the start of his tenure as Ambassador to Cambodia, Wang Wenbin also aims to promote Cambodia's tourism and products.
