DPM Hun Many Presides Over Primary School Teacher Selection Competition

Phnom Penh, July 15, 2024 – His Excellency Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Public Works, and Chairman of the Competition Commission, presided over the subject selection for the primary school teacher selection competition.

The judging ceremony on July 15 was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Anti-Corruption Unit, various universities that have registered as observers, and the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC).

This afternoon's competition is divided into two shifts: the third round includes a total of 4,252 candidates (2,839 females) from Phnom Penh and six provinces: Ratanakkiri, Koh Kong, Mondulkiri, Preah Vihear, and Stung Treng. The fourth round includes a total of 4,878 candidates (3,709 females) from three provinces: Kandal, Kampong Speu, and Kampong Chhnang.
