Dr. Pich Chanmony thanked Chip Mong Group for its ongoing support since 2015, including a recent pledge of an additional USD 1 million for 2024-2028. She highlighted the private sector's vital role in the Royal Government's Pentagon strategy, which prioritizes human capital development as essential for socio-economic progress.
