Ministry of Justice Assures Monitoring and Protection of Investor Interests in CIC Case

Phnom Penh, March 25, 2024 – The Ministry of Justice has reaffirmed its commitment to diligently monitor and address the ongoing case concerning the CIC, ensuring the protection of investors' interests in compliance with the law.

Responding to recent concerns, the Information and Public Relations Group of the Ministry of Justice clarified that authorities are actively engaged in resolving the CIC matter, employing a systematic approach to safeguard the rights of all investors.

Dismissing speculations suggesting inaction, the Ministry emphasized the need for patience and trust in the ongoing process.

Amidst challenges faced by companies during crises, the Ministry underscored the importance of companies proactively seeking solutions to uphold investor interests, even amidst adversity.

As the investigation progresses, the Ministry assured the public of its unwavering commitment to upholding justice and ensuring a fair resolution for all parties involved.
