Prime Minister Calls for Marketing Strategies to Attract Investors

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun Manet of Cambodia has urged the Minister of the Council of Ministers to employ marketing techniques in order to draw investors to Cambodia.

The Prime Minister made this call during the closing ceremony of the 2023 business performance review meeting held at the Ministry of Commerce on the afternoon of Friday, December 22, 2023.

He emphasized that the more meetings held with foreign investors, the greater the likelihood of attracting investments from those countries to Cambodia. In essence, success in these negotiations can be measured by the number of companies that choose to invest in Cambodia out of those met.

Notably, during the Prime Minister's recent visit to Japan, he engaged with investors from that country, actively promoting Cambodia to encourage more investments.
