Prime Minister Allows Establishment of Passport Offices Abroad

Kampong Speu: Prime Minister Hun Manet of Cambodia has made the decision to permit the establishment of passport offices abroad, starting with South Korea.

He stated that this initiative aims to simplify the passport renewal process for Cambodian citizens whose passports have expired while they are residing in another country.

The Prime Minister announced this during a meeting with nearly 20,000 workers in Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province, on September 9, 2023.

Additionally, he instructed the Minister of Justice to prepare a letter of condemnation using online methods.
