Cruise Ship Docks at Sihanoukville

SIHANOUKVILLE: Cruise ship Europa 2, sailing under Malta’s flag, docked at Sihanoukville Autonomous Port at 6:00 am on 25 April 2023.

According to international customs officials, the cruise ship is carrying 343 tourists and 367 crew members of over two dozen nationalities. Most of the guests are German, totaling 293 passengers.

The official added that the ship was traveling from Vietnam and was stopping in Cambodia on its way to Thailand, which it was expected to reach at 22:00 later that day. The Europa 2 measures 225.38 meters long, 29.90 meters wide and 6.30 meters deep.

Cambodia’s peaceful status allows it to receive international tourists by land, air and sea. The cruise ship with more than 700 hundred visitors docked and departed without incident.
