Welcome to the CPP, Another Former GDP Official Will Take on the Role of Senior Government Official

Phnom Penh: The Prime Minister decided to accept the application of the former Secretary General of the Local Democratic Party, Mr. Sem Hak, and appointed him Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Environment.

PM Hun Sen wrote on his Channel Telegram on the night of April 2, 2023: "After Dr. Sam In, I just received an application from Mr. Sem Hak, former Secretary General of the Grassroots Democratic Party, who just left to join. Political life with the CPP. We are happy to accept and assign jobs at the Ministry of Environment as Undersecretary of State".

Mr. Sem Hak is the second person from the Democratic Party to join the CPP today after Mr. Sam In.
