PM: CPP-Led Government Focuses on the Right to Life

PURSAT: Prime Minister Hun Sen has stated that the ruling party, the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), focuses on the people's right to life as a major priority.

He reiterated that the Royal Government is not afraid to do anything in order to protect the right to life of citizens.

"If you are dead, where do you go to get your rights? The roots of our rights start from the right to life," said the Prime Minister.

He added that only with the right to life can the right to education, political rights, freedom of expression and democracy be fully achieved.
