No Rain in Cambodia Next Week, But Temperatures to Stay Low in Several Provinces

PHNOM PENH: Cambodia will continue to be affected by high atmospheric pressure from China and the moderate northeast monsoon for the next week. As a result, some parts of the country may experience a drop in temperature, but there will be no rain.

In the central lowlands, there will be moderate to cool weather, especially in the northwestern lowlands, including Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Pailin provinces. The minimum temperature will be between 20–23 °C, and the maximum temperature will be between 30–32 °C.

In the highlands, there will be cool weather, especially along the Dangrek Mountains and the northeastern plateau, including Mondulkiri, Ratanakkiri, Oddar Meanchey, and Preah Vihear provinces, with minimum temperatures of 17–21 °C and maximum temperatures of 29–31 °C.

In coastal areas, the minimum temperature will be between 22–24 °C and maximum temperature will be between 31-33 °C.
