Developing Infrastructures and Human Resources Was the Right Vision for Cambodia Over Past 40 Years

KAMPONG CHAM: Prime Minister Hun Sen has stated that the vision formed 40 years ago—on the development of water infrastructure, roads, electricity, and human resources—is what has driven Cambodia's current level of progress. He stated that this vision will continue for many years to come.

"That was our effort to take one step at a time," he said.

Prime Minister Hun Sen made these remarks during the groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion and upgrade of National Road No. 7 from the Skun roundabout to the Kizuna Bridge roundabout on Monday morning, 9 January 2023.
