The Prime Minister could not sleep last night due to Hun Chea

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun Sen is mad with Hun Chea (PM Nephew) after seeing him post a picture with a woman who was not his wife on the night of January 1, 2023. The Prime Minister said that the fact that Hun Chea had a mistress was a personal matter, but he could not tolerate it because it would damage the reputation of the Hun family.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for a bridge across the Mekong River in Kratie province on the morning of January 2, 2023, Prime Minister Hun Sen recalled when Hun Chea fell in love with his wife and how he waited in front of her house and went as far as abducting her and took her Kampong Cham. At the time, Prime Minister Hun Sen stepped in to negotiate with the bride's family to avoid legal disputes, and he even paid for Mr. Hun's wedding. However, now that his children are grown up, he is having an affair.

The Prime Minister also instructed the woman who was having an affair with Hun Chea to step out.

"My Hun family has the right to intervene; otherwise, it will be a mess," he said.

Prime Minister Hun Sen also ordered Mr Net Savoeun, the National Police Commissioner, to summon Mr. Hun Chea for questioning and confirmation.
