PM Notes Six Achievements Made While Leading Nation in 2022

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Sen has listed six achievements made by the Royal Government of Cambodia while leading the nation in 2022. The Prime Minister made this statement during a meeting with 25 social media experts at the Peace Palace on Wednesday afternoon, 28 December 2022.

The Prime Minister’s Assistant, Eang Sophalleth, told reporters after the meeting that the six achievements that the Prime Minister listed were: the maintenance of political stability in Cambodia; success of the 2022 election; improved measures against the Covid-19 pandemic; good economic management; the implementation of independent foreign policy based on the law; and success as the ASEAN Chair.

In 2022 Cambodia fully reopened its socio-economic environment while holding Communal elections and Chairing ASEAN for a third time.

Despite being busy and having a lot of work to prepare for, the Cambodian government remained strong and coordinated all issues successfully throughout the year.
