Prime Minister Hun Sen issued a guarantee to a staff member from Bayon TV after hearing the news that the staff member had been arrested on suspicion of being involved in a US $36 million scam.

At the same time, PM asked his lawyer to help defend this employee while asking the police to work properly.

He said: "No matter how many stars you have, I can still remove you."
