The Prime Minister asks not to give his draft speech to Journalists

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun Sen has requested to stop distributing his draft speeches to journalists because, when he speaks, he does not follow them entirely.

Prime Minister said this at the closing ceremony of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction's meeting on the work results for 2022 on the afternoon of December 27, 2022.

At the same time, the Prime Minister also blamed his cabinet for distributing his draft speech.

Prime Minister stated that any event where he reads his entire speech after then is the speech allowed to be distributed at an event where he publicly speaks without following his speech is not allowed to be distributed.
