Phnom Penh: Online Tong Tin Leader, Oeun Molika, was arrested on the afternoon of December 14, 2022, after she owed tens of thousands of dollars.

Oeun Molika was arrested by the Phnom Penh Municipal Gendarmerie at around 3:25 p.m. on December 14, according to the arrest warrant issued by the Prosecutor of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on December 12, 2022, for involvement in cases of non-compliance with obligations.
