HM Queen Mother Donates to Pour un Sourire d’Enfant

Phnom Penh: The non-profit organization, Pour un Sourire d’Enfant, has received a $20,000 donation from Her Majesty Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk. The donation will be used for food, medical care, education, vocational training and the treatment of abused children taken in by the group. Apart from the money donated, Her Majesty has also provided 3,000 facemasks, as well as drinking water and cleaning materials.

Pour un Sourire d’Enfant has been operating in Cambodia for almost thirty years. It was founded by Marie-France des Pallières. The organization has three centres in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville.
