Missing Body Found from Sunken Fishing Boat at Stung Sen Bridge

KAMPONG THOM: The body of a young man who drowned on Sunday afternoon, 13 November, after a fishing boat sank under the Stung Sen Bridge, was finally found in Kampong Krabau village, Kampong Krabau, Stung Sen city, Kampong Thom province.

The fishing boat was carrying three young men when it sank. Two of them were promptly saved by surrounding fishermen, but one went missing and was only found around 7 pm on Monday, 14 November. Authorities discovered the young man's body some 30 meters away, east of the former Stung Sen bridge.

According to the Stung Sen City Police Inspectorate, the victim was 30 years old, lived in Stung Sen Village and worked as a motorbike sticker stylist.
