NEC to Hold Meeting with Stakeholders Next Week

PHNOM PENH: The General Secretariat of the National Election Committee (NEC) will hold a meeting with stakeholders to review security work, pandemic prevention measures, as well as the registration of political party agents next week.

According to an announcement made by the NEC on 4 October 2022, the committee will hold a meeting with different parties on 10 October on the secure examination of the voter list and the process of voter registration, as well as the measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 at polling stations during the election.

The meeting will be held at the invitation of NEC member and Chairman, Dim Sovannarom, at the first-floor conference hall of the NEC office.

The NEC will also confirm the parties that will be involved in the upcoming election, as well as all national and international media that will participate.
