Prime Minister Warns Rivals to Be Meticulous if They Want to Defeat Him

Siem Reap: Prime Minister Hun Sen warned his rivals that if they are not detailed-oriented, do not expect to win against him. The Prime Minister stated that due to this meticulousness he was able to lead the country to become the longest-serving Prime Minister in the world. 

Speaking at a public forum during a meeting with nearly 3000 residents in Run Ta Ek village, Banteay Srei District, Siem Reap province this Saturday morning, 1 October, Prime Minister Hun Sen raised the case of the people who relocated to Run Ta Ek village that the government, following the Prime Minister’s guidance, has carefully considered everything from infrastructure, clean water, electricity, telephone services to support the citizens' quality of life.

The Prime Minister stated that although the current relocation may be difficult, in the future, this area will be improved.

Prime Minister Hun Sen, 69, first assumed the position of Foreign Minister in 1979 at the age of 27 and became the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia from 1985 to the present.
