Free Train Rides Provided During Pchum Ben Festival

PHNOM PENH: The Ministry of Public Works has announced that it will launch free train rides for four days from 23-26 September 2022.

The free train rides are expected to help ease the cost of travel for all who will visit their hometowns during the upcoming Pchum Ben festival.

Tickets for train travel will be distributed directly at the Royal Railway Station in Phnom Penh, and at provincial stations two days before departure from 7 am to 5 pm.

According to the announcement, the target line will pass through Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Battambang, Takeo, Kampot and Sihanoukville.
