PM: There Must Be No Unhappy Matters Discussed During Meal Time

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Sen posted a picture of his children gathering for mealtime on social media, writing that his children always come to accompany their parents to eat, and that there should be no unhappy matters brought to the dinner table that would cause a loss of appetite.

Prime Minister Hun Sen made this post on his official Facebook page on Thursday evening, 1 September, and said that even though all of his children are busy, they never forget to come and eat with him.

He wrote, ”Table meeting today, quorum 5/5. My children, they always come to accompany their parents for lunch or dinner. They know for sure that apart from lunch, I do not have enough time to meet them, because I am busy, they are busy. This is the table where the children can ask me things, or I can ask my children things, or in other words, we can discuss work, but we do not bring unhappy stories to discuss.”

Prime Minister Hun Sen has five children: Hun Manet, Hun Mana, Hun Manith, Hun Many and Hun Mali.
