PM Spends Evening Playing Chess

Phnom Penh: The Prime Minister of Cambodia, Hun Sen, spent this evening playing chess, creating a new chess law: "what you take, you hold it"

Prime Minister Hun Sen posted on his social media this evening: "Last night I saw people playing chess on Facebook this evening playing chess by yourself with opponents who used to steal chess and cheat.
