PM Spends Evening Playing Chess

Phnom Penh: The Prime Minister of Cambodia, Hun Sen, spent this evening playing chess, creating a new chess law: "what you take, you hold it"

Prime Minister Hun Sen posted on his social media this evening: "Last night I saw people playing chess on Facebook this evening playing chess by yourself with opponents who used to steal chess and cheat. The chess rules that are being played are pretty strict, so that the opponents do not have no discipline in playing."
