BREAKING NEWS: Covid-19 outbreak re-emerges in Cambodia

Phnom Penh: The Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen calls on people to be more careful and protect their personal health after announcing the re-discovering of Covid-19 disease on the people. PM asks citizens​​​ to take measures are in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19 into large-scale communities again.

In a special audio message on the night of June 28, 2022, PM Hun Sen said that the Ministry of Health has continuously detected Covid-19 patients through PCR test, both in the country and those who want to go abroad and who from abroad. He added that in addition to this, also found positive on the rapid test for some citizens.

He ordered the Ministry of Health and relevant authorities to take immediate action to avoid serious spread to society.
