PM Hun Sen expected to have meetings with leaders of some countries, world political and business figures in Switzerland

Phnom Penh: Remarks by the Prime Minister Hun Sen at the Closing Ceremony of the Discussion with Stakeholder under the theme “Strategic Outlook on ASEAN”, and at the Informal Gathering of World Economic Leaders’ Lunch- Restoring Peace and Order, which will be held on May 22-26, 2022 in Davos-Clouster, Switzerland. This is according to the press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia on Thursday, May 19.

The Premier will attend the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2022 under the theme “Preparing for the Post-COVID era”, at the invitation of Professor Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum.

According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia, Prime Minister Hun Sen expected to have meetings with leaders of some countries as well as receive courtesy calls from world political and business figures and also meeting with Cambodian compatriots living in Switzerland and other European Countries.

During his stay in Switzerland, PM will deliver the opening speech of “CAMBODIA NIGHT”, an event sponsored by WorldBridge Group to promote foreign businesses in Cambodia.

Senior Minister, Minister of Public Works and Transport SUN Chanthol, and Minister of Commerce PAN Sorasak, as well as other senior officials of the Royal Government of Cambodia, including some members of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce, will be accompanied the Prime Minister.
