PM: I am a Lucky Prime Minister to Speak and People Implement

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun Sen said that he is a lucky Prime Minister to speak and people carried through during a time when there were campaigns not to vaccinate. The people's participation in the government's measures allowed Cambodia to win the battle against Covid-19 without putting the country in a state of emergency.

The Prime Minister said this during the ceremony and gave incentives to the students who passed the A-level exam in the high school diploma exam in the academic year 2020-2021, a total of 1,753 people, at the conference and exhibition hall at Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.

He said, "I am a lucky Prime Minister because there are people who wear masks, keep a distance, and get vaccinated when there were campaigns not to get vaccinated. Vaccination is about ensuring the lives of the people. We provide vaccines that are not politically biased and no discrimination."
