DPM Bin Chhin Sends Congratulatory Letter to National Assembly President for Khmer New Year

PHNOM PENH: The Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Prime Minister Bin Chhin, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the National Assembly, Heng Samrin, and his wife, on the occasion of the Khmer New Year.

He wrote, "On behalf of the leaders and civil servants at all levels of the Office of the Council of Ministers, I would like to express my sincere congratulations with all my heart, with deep respect and love, I would like to extend my best wishes to the President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and his wife, with bright intelligence, strong physical health, longevity to continue leading the National Assembly, the legislative body of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to achieve many new great accomplishments, with the aim of continuing to contribute to the development of the motherland and strengthen the rule of law in Cambodia to grow even stronger."

He further added, "Taking this special opportunity, we would like to raise our hands to pray for the merits of the three jewels, all the sacred objects in the world, especially the guardian deity of the new year, the year of Karl Chatva Sak, the name Kirini Devi, please take care of [the President of the National Assembly] and spread all kinds of blessings to him and his wife, as well as his sons, daughters, sons-in-law, grandsons and granddaughters forever."
